深圳人的集体记忆——深圳迎春花市

Shenzhen memories – Spring Festival Flower Fair

作为深圳民俗文化的一大特色，迎春花市早已成为深圳人的集体记忆。每逢春节前夕，迎春花市繁花似锦、人流如织，热闹非凡。

As a major feature of Shenzhen’s folk culture, the Spring Festival Flower Fair has already become an important part of the collective memory of Shenzhen people. During the week before the Spring Festival (Chinese New Year), the flower fair bustles with a great variety of flowers and crowds.

 

深圳第一届迎春花市始于1982年。建市初期，为了丰富市民和港澳台同胞及归侨节日生活，大力宣传改革开放政策和深圳经济特区建设取得的成就，深圳市政府决定从1982年开始，在春节来临之际举办全市性的迎春花市。

The first Spring Festival Flower Fair in Shenzhen took place in 1982. At the beginning, in order to enrich the festive life of citizens, compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and returned overseas Chinese, and to vigorously promote the reform and opening up and the achievements of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone, the Shenzhen Municipal Government decided to hold a city-wide flower fair for the Chinese New Year.

 

迎春花市最初主要设置在罗湖区人民南路国贸路段，活动形式多样，除售卖年桔、花卉以外，还摆卖工艺品、字画、春联、干果等各式年货，节日花灯、曲艺表演、文化艺术等各类活动穿插其中，年味十足。

The flower fair was initially held in the Guomao section of  Renmin Road South in Luohu District. In addition to New Year oranges and fresh flowers, handicrafts, calligraphy works and paintings, Spring Festival couplets, dried fruits and other kinds of New Year goods could also be found at the fair. Various activities, including festive lantern shows, folk performances, and cultural and art events, were also held.

1998年，累积了数年的举办经验后，罗湖区爱国路成为每年迎春花市的固定举办地。2002年起，为了搭建更好的节庆活动平台，爱国路以封闭道路的形式举办迎春花市。

In 1998, with several years of experience, Aiguo Road in Luohu District was selected as the fixed venue for the Spring Festival Flower Fair. From 2002 onwards, in order to build a better platform for festival activities, Aiguo Road was closed for the flower fair.

 

然而，由于人流超限、道路封闭、噪音巨大及功能弱化，2016年的迎春花市由罗湖区“一家主办”变为各区（新区）“多点开花”举办，举办了18年的爱国路迎春花市也报请取消。虽然设置便民购花点和小型花市的形式分散了人流、给市民带来了便利，但已不再是深圳市民记忆中“原汁原味”的迎春花市。

However, due to the overcrowding, road closure and noise, the Spring Festival Flower Fair, which had been held at Aiguo Road for 18 years, was canceled. As a result, every district in Shenzhen was able to hold their Spring Festival flower fairs. Although the convenient flower shopping spots and small flower markets dispersed the flow of people and brought convenience to citizens, it was no longer the “original” Spring Festival Flower Fair in the memory of Shenzhen citizens.

 

2019年，在众多代表和市民的提议和呼吁下，市政府决定恢复中心花市，将迎春花市的主会场设在福田区。即便迎春中心花市“失而复得”，深圳市民还是割舍不下对爱国路迎春花市的喜爱。2023年，应广大群众的强烈要求，罗湖区爱国路的迎春花市分会场恢复举办。

In 2019, after receiving proposals and appeals from the public, the Shenzhen government decided to restore the central flower fair and set the main venue in Futian District. Then in 2023, in response to the strong demand of the citizens, the Spring Festival Flower Fair at Aiguo Road was finally restored.

“行过花街才是年”，那些年的深圳迎春花市是年味的代名词，爱国路花市更是成为了深圳城市文化生活的一个品牌。它的回归，不仅重塑了节庆氛围，更用浓浓的“深圳年味”栓住了深圳市民的心。

The Spring Festival Flower Fair of Shenzhen is the symbol of the festival and has also become a brand activity of urban cultural life in Shenzhen. Its return not only reshapes the festive atmosphere of Shenzhen, but also appeals to Shenzhen citizens.
